    My husband and I lived here for 4 years. We loved it. We were sad when we moved. The office team is very nice. Maintenence responds right away. No bugs of any sort. It's hard to believe, but we got our full security deposit back! There is no better apartment than Boulder Creek. We will live here again.

    I really enjoyed my time living in this complex. The only thing I did not like was the Patio furniture rules, they felt too strict. Overall maintenance was good.

    RUBs bill is a joke. For the past 6 years of living here it was 50-60 for RUBs. Now, out of no where, $114. Tell me how water and sewage doubled?
