The management for these apartments has changed a couple times, the previous management was terrible to a point that they were so rude when we tried to talk to them. Initially while signing the lease they only mentioned that we had to give a two month notice and when we wanted to end the lease then they mentioned that we have to pay a two month termination fee. The staff keeps changing and when we file any maintenance issues, they completely ignore them and when we go back theres a completely new person and we have to explain every single thing again. Weve had issues since day one and they either dont fix them or take forever to fix them. The apartments are taken over by a new management now and nothing has changed so far, except the new management is more polite. We keep going to the leasing office and they keep saying theyll look into it. If youd like to live with rats, and insects then this is the place for you. They changed the old sliding doors with new fancy doors but dont let that fancy new look fool you. The maintenance staff keeps changing too. The only advantage to living here is that youre close to downtown. But its better to not live here, youre stuck until your lease ends and youll regret it.
