      DO NOT LIVE HERE. The Monarch management is an nonexistent group. No one speaks here. People are celebrating when their lease is up.

      I have lived here for 6 years. Lots of great approvements , and a lot of great things happening.The Staff is very friendly ( love me some Chris), and a very safe community. It is a very convenient location.

      I never have felt insecure while in my building, but the neighborhood surrounding the building has had problems with security. The staff are very nice and respond to maintenance issues quickly.

      Imperial House is a clean, quiet, and safe place to live. I love living in a place that is safe for my family.

      It is a very nice place to live. Friendly staff and residents. As a single women I go to be knowing that I am very safe. The imperial house has great activities for it residents. I do love living there.

      The location is excellent - I can get anywhere in the city within about 15 minutes. The people here are very friendly, and I feel safe here because of the night guard, gated parking lot and keyed entry. Some things are wearing out, such as carpets, appliances, countertops, vinyl flooring. When I put in requests for repairs, sometimes they are handled quickly and sometimes I have to ask multiple times over a period of weeks or months. The equipment in the gym isn't very good.
