Lyndon Crossings

Have loved the experience here so far. Maintenance with what little issues we’ve had has been taken care of in 24 hours or less. And the Property management have only been kind towards us. :) This is a Great place to call home.

Apartment was nice but dated. I live there 6 plus years never had a problem. Area is relatively quiet and outside maintain very well. The only problem I have is the office staff completely unhelpful and confused will not work with you on anything out 14 days. Never had a late payment always been compliant. I had one mistake do to a lot family emergency. Just really sad so they couldn't help me out in a tough situation. I don't recommend living there unless you're you can handle poor management.

Don’t come here to apply because they will never call you back. Management is horrible.

I want to start by saying I love everything about my apartment. I love the area and the convenience. Nothing's perfect but I enjoy my space. I've lived here for almost 3 years and just renewed for another but I've had some unfortunate situations arise. I was a victim of fraud and someone hacked my account and reversed two months of rent then sent it to themselves. After getting my bank to credit my account, I immediately paid the two months that were reversed. Unfortunately, Lyndon Crossings charged me a late fee and returned check fee for those two months even though I paid it on time originally. I was told by the manager and regional manager that there was nothing they could do and I'd be responsible for the balance. Tried calling my bank who said they can't credit anything that's not on my account which makes sense. I just don't understand why I have to pay $200+ for something I can't control. I was told that technically my rent was late when that's not the case. I even showed documentation from my bank explaining the issue. I'm rarely ever late and when I am I pay my fees as agreed. I'm sure there's a way to reverse the fees or credit them but I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Other than that, the apartment is great!
