      huge improvement over the past year with great new manager more resident events than we know what to do with safe area of town.. chase & laurie always doing great stuff. One small no sweat but If we can please figure out the hallway mess always in my building that would be my only negative rly. Terry is on point dont get me wrong obviously tries really hard and doing his job great but once he get them all cleaned he cant keep up with the people coming in and out only recommendation honest all love no hate. This place is flyyy. everything is amazing and I know chase will handle it. she be handling everything else just give it time and know its coming all is good cant sweat the small stuff..

      Excellent community! Chase, Laurie, Zach, & Brianna are all amazing in the office! The entire maintenance team goes above & beyond. Great location. Its apartment living, so is it perfect? Of course not. What is? But you can tell the entire team takes pride in the property. Amenities are top-notch & constantly adding stuff to improve!

      I Love living here. The location is wonderful. I am with in walking distance or short bus ride to stores, and restaurants.The management is very nice and helpful.

      Please don't waste your time or money. These apartments are garbage. We found mold and other issues upon our move out. It caused my daughter plenty of allergy issues. The staff are horrible. Things had not been fixed in over 3 years. Having new owners did not help, they never fixed a thing. Its all for show. The doors and walls were paper thin. The outlets are old, yoilets and warer heater are outdated; please Spend your money elsewhere.

      Apartment was adequately priced for square footage, space, and location. Any maintenance issues were addressed and resolved appropriately. Sales and clerical staff were friendly and Prussians.
