      Beware of the water bill: $67 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at $999 a month! If you visit, make sure to check the ceilings for weird stains (don't count on a fresh paint job!) I am grateful for the pest control because he said he's never seen an infestation of pill bugs like this before (probably due to moisture from somewhere. Every night the first month, I had to vacuum up bugs behind my bed!). Beware of moving here! There are lots of gorgeous options in this area for the same money. I'm very disappointed in Sova apartments. NOT a good place to call home!

      I dont have a year yet and I cant wait to move from this apartment. The apartment are great but maintenance take forever to fix something. And for what is worst I believe that everyone that have the same apartment have the same bill. My cousin and my neighbor we all got the two bedroom one bath and we always got the said bill which are going extremely high. We were paying $890.00 and now we are paying $980.00 like . And another thing lately too many kids in the parking lot playing the other day I almost hit someone there is planting of backyard green grass to be in the middle of the parking lot. And so other many things.

      When I first moved in everything was good. But once management changed things went downhill. We don't receive work done on our apartment in a timely fashion...and they find a way to raise the prices on everything.

      They care about their tenents. Maintainance is fantastic, they respond in a to every request fast with a great attitude. Location is very good and very safe. I've left items in the bad of my pick up truck and they have never been touched. The amenities that are included with the rent are super; cable, gas, washer/dryer, water/sewer, pool, club house, play ground and available covered parking. Just a great place to live!
