    I've enjoyed my time at Station House but have ran across a few issues during my residency. Some of the features that I expected to have for my new lease are not being provided thus far, yet the rent for the lease is still the same amount. Cable and internet was to be provided, but I am currently still paying separately for that through a cable company. Windows were supposed to be replaced during the spring of 2014 and has still not occurred. I would prefer having new windows over landscaping.

    Recreational amenities need work. Pool and gym are often gross and things are broken a lot. Parking at night is sometimes an issue as the lot and guest lot fill up with cars that don't belong to residents, even with the new parking passes. With the increase in price my roommate and I are moving closer to campus, where we will pay the same price but have newer apartments with everything included.

    My main problem is finding parking when coming home from 3rd shift. Many times there is no where to park in the main lot, the guest lot, or on the street. In those cases I have to wait till someone else goes to work to find a place to park my car.

    I've loved living here for the year and a half that I've been able to. The staff has always been extremely kind, especially the property manager as well as the maintenance guys. We've had a few issues with leaking but it's simply because the buildings are extremely old. I am getting annoyed because our unit hasn't been updated yet and they keep pushing it back but it should be soon! Everything works perfectly, just looks a little bit older, so we haven't complained. Overall an amazing place!!

    This is commenting to the increase in the rate. I do not believe this increase is a correct or positive one. The reason students want to live here is because it does not that the ridiculous prices a campus living.

    I have loved living here at Station House, aside from one thing to be mentioned later. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit, having a pool and workout area, and I'm never bothered by anyone. Only downside was the faceplate of my CD player was stolen out of my car, but I did not lock my car so it was my own fault. The community is gated although the entrances are sometimes not closed.
