    They raise rent every 6 months and some buildings have bedbugs but management won't acknowledge the problem.

    I left because of the office staff. I was not impressed with how the office staff treated renters and handled service requests. I got the impression they did not want to be employed with CMC. The behavior I witnessed was unprofessional. I would have continued to rent from the Farm at Taylor Mill but I didn't want to deal with the poor service I received from the staff. I now rent from a location that I am very happy with. I now get the respect and professional service a renter should receive.

    The staff is polite, they respond quickly to any maintenance issues that we have and the price for the units are a great value. However, the paint is too easily damaged, you can hear every neighbor and the rooms with walls to the outside are freezing during the winter months.
