Worst place Ive ever lived!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, BUGS, MAINTENANCE EVERYTHING. Outdated everything and unprofessional. Manager talking about sex and fighting in front of tenants.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here!! Got approved to live here, went to view the apartment & all. Notified the leasing office about a few minor problems, agreed to get it fixed & have me come back once everything fixed (a couple of days before my move in day) I have not heard back from anyone yet & i move out of my current apartment tomorrow!!! They are horrible

These people are renovating everything but the AC units that have been here since the 80’s everybody’s AC compressors are falling apart and no longer working , and their excuse for not fixing it is the people they originally bought the units from are no longer in business . WELL DONT YOU THINK THAT MEANS ITS TIME TO UPGRADE . these complexes CLK owns make nearly 2 million a month - more than that now that they are raising the prices on these units . What is the excuse for not fixing these units ???? THEY DONT CARE. THATS ALL IT IS TO IT . It is 83 degrees in my apartment and 92 outside . This is crazy .

the maintenance men and some or one of the office workers smoke weed, of course this is why they can't do their job. Its all over their social media...shame if you're going to smoke at least know how to maintain a living. Trust I'm not knocking anyone for the smoking but you barely do your job as it is.

Moved in February 2024 supposed to be a new renovated apartment. The air hasn’t worked since we moved & it’s the end of June. Put in serval maintenance request and nothing has been done about it!

It takes maintenance literally MONTHS to come and fix anything . Maintenance requests are being completed when NOTHING has been done and it is extremely annoying . If you do not have the patience to deal with stuff like this then please continue on with your search.

I toured a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It was beautiful! Maddie was our guide. She's amazing! She was very welcoming and knowledgeble of the property. I love that they will have community engagement activities for the residents.

They are unprofessional, rude , and have poor management skills. Whenever you have an issue in your apartment they take months to come and fix things. The maintenance men are lazy and always say they are busy doing things when other complain as well that nothing is done. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Just applied and was denied an apartment due to credit, My credit is not good but its not shot either. I have one car repossession in 2018, some student loan debt that's in forbearance so I'm not required to pay so that should not even be held against me. I dont owe any utility companies or housing properties. I dont have a criminal record or any other major things that you would think stop you from getting an apartment. I have called the apartment complex and on-site, which is the 3rd party company they use to screen applicants. I contacted them both to have someone explain exactly to me what they saw on my credit that made them deny me and i keep on getting passed off to the other company saying they don't set the criteria. How do you expect someone to have grade A credit for an apartment? If I had great credit I would be in a house and not paying a thousand dollars for an apartment. I'm really starting to think this is a scam. Just think about how many people apply for an apartment daily and how easy it is to deny someone and not really explain to them why you was denied? Until you explain to me why I was flat out denied and not even given the option to pay a higher deposit I will leave a review on every apartment listing site I see. Times are to hard for you to be playing with folks money and a place to stay.
