    concerns like maintenance, parking and a few things that have been going wrong with my unit since I've been here which is keeping it from being excellent. For the most part maintenance does a good job but just recently my hallway entrance lights went out and I've put in two separate tickets and both times they've emailed me back staying that the problem has been completed and when I come home at night I realize that it hasn't. They could have at least called me and explained the dilemma.

    It is a very quiet community for the most part. The maintenance has always been helpful and professional. The front office people are very welcoming.

    My apartment has had quite a few issues over the last few years, but maintenance staff is always quick to try to remedy the problem. I had a/c issues off and on for over a year before they finally replaced the unit, but it has worked perfectly since then. I like my apartment's location and the community. The noise level is fairly low, which is great. My apartment is showing its age, and could use some repair, but overall I like where I live and the space I have.

    I would like to still be able pay the rent I was paying when I 1st moved in. My rent has gone up about $150 a month. I moved to this apartment b/c the rent was better than Fairway View. I am disappointed about that.

    Management accommodated my request for an exterior electrical outlet to be installed, and for authorization to use the outlet to charge my plug-in hybrid car. Other complexes would not allow me to charge the car, even where outlets were already available. All issues have been dealt with quickly and courteously.

    I love living here, but the buildings are old and require a lot of maintenance, as well the rent going up every year.
