Immediate response to maintenance issues, property is well kept, safe environment.

Areas flood and people can't walk without stepping in a puddle. The parking lot was just redone and now it floods. I'm worried about driving my car through it.

When I have issues they are dealt with in a timely manner.

These are some small cramped thin wall apartments and if your lucky you won't get stuck with some lousy "Karen" type of neighbors who complain about hearing everything going on in your apartment. If you care about privacy, mind your own business and not constantly getting nagged DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent is way too high to be dealing with flooding parking lots and a small kiddy swimming pool that doesn't even have a lot of space. Management will throw you out on your a** if someone cries wolf enough. Do not spend your money here. They force you to buy this high insurance up front that you'll never use or benefit from. They do not have your best interests. They just want your money.🙄👎

I love this apartment. It's quiet, affordable, clean... everything you really could want in an apartment. Ross, in the front office, really makes living here special. There are events for residents, he gives everyone a card for their birthday, he makes sure maintenance is done in a timely manner, he makes sure the grounds are clean and tidy, and he makes sure residents are aware of what's going on in our community. There are lots of families that live here, and lots of people with pets. I love that I feel safe walking my dog in the middle of the night. It's great for grad students, too, there's plenty of quiet to hunker down and study.

DOMINIQUE FRANKLIN is one of the best property managers that I have ever met. She has a great personality, always has a smile, and very helpful with any issues that a resident has. She takes complaints with pleasantry and goes above and beyond to cater to her residents' needs. She is the example manager for your company! Matter of fact, in my eyes she is the manager of the year! As a manager, she has raised the bar of what an exceptional manager should be! � #GOATofpropertymanagers I will move wherever she manages!!- 3 yr resident and in it for the Long haul! �

I love Jefferson Arms. Nice community, quiet, and the staff is amazing! The apartment manager Domonique is always so nice and helpful and she works quickly and efficiently! Love living here and I’ll be here for a long time to come!
