    Landscaping needs improvement and maintenance requests are often ignored, included water damage and damage to exterior of the buildings

    In the last 4 months, we have improved the landscaping on the property allot. We also have extra maintenance on staff and are able to accommodate maintenance requests usually within a 24 hour period.

    Exterior Building issues, we have recently replaced any exterior issues throughout the entire property and pressure washed and painted all buildings, including stairwells.

    Spacious and a decent price. Designated parking and proper drainage when it rains would make it better. It would be nice to update the playground. We homeschool and utilize it often.

    Maintenance issues have always been handled quickly. The only thing that kept this from getting Excellent is parking. Although parking is uncovered for renters, I feel like it wouldn't be too much trouble to reserve two parking spots in front of each townhouse for renters. I don't know why I should have to park far away to accommodate the guests of other renters. Guests can park and walk.
