I have lived here for about twelve years now and I love it. The staff is very professional yet friendly so it makes you feel like you are at home, in a neighborhood. They are prompt to return calls even if not due to a repair. Being single and living in an area in which just a few blocks on either side are neighborhoods and businesses that have some shady characters and have drug problems and an occasional shooting, I feel comfortable coming and going at any hour of the day or night. After the flood in 2016 my mother stayed with me while her house was being reconstructed. She felt safe here while I went to work and I felt safe leaving her there. It is a quiet community. The neighbors you do see are friendly and always offering to help with groceries or bringing out the trash. The grounds are always immaculate and hedges are kept within a safe height so you can see behind the and above them while walking at night. The parking lots are well marked and clean,. There are no spaces with oil or car fluid build up. The sidewalks are clean and have no broken or uneven areas. Great for walking and the little ones to ride there scooters. All the areas are well lit. If a light is out, which rarely occurs, it is replaced or repaired within a day, two at the most. The gates at the parking lot entrance and exits are in good working order and to make coming and going even more secure they have installed security gates at each of the sidewalk entrances. The dumpster areas are always clean and in good repair. The staff makes sure there are no 'piling' of garbage or furniture. Even on most common moving days, like end of the month there is no huge amt of trash piled Arron's the dumpsters. There are plenty dumpsters to handle a community this size. That mailboxes are in a well lit area as well. There is never store flyers or sales ads lying around. I do believe the residents respect the way this property is managed so they respect it both in the public areas and on their patio areas

Muriel Crossing is a quiet apartment complex with a genuine staff and adequate amenities. The apartments are clean and roomy. The outdoors area is generally well kept and residents are respectful of each other.

Great location, quiet community and well kept grounds. I love the privacy gate as well. Nice Management staff. The workout and computer room is a plus as well.
