Its takes forever to get maintance to come out and if they do they either fix it or don't. The place is falling apart and still have things unfinished from 2 years ago that have gone forgotten even tho brought to the offices attention multiple times. Parking is a absolute nightmare since I moved in over 2 years ago and is just getting worse. Was told 'well if there's no parking park on whole other side of apartment, I have a toddler I have to carry and refuse to when its raining and freezing.

As maintenance issues arise they are not handled in a timely manner if at all. Simple things are not getting addressed and they simply fall out. Multiple requests have to be made before they are acted upon and/or handled. Inadequate supplies or Martials are provided to do the necessary repairs. Patch-work repairs are done instead of correcting the problem. This often causes frequent need for additional repairs. this causes you staff to constantly change.

I have live here for nearly two years now and I've enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly when I need help in leasing office, or when I call. The have a nice online payment service setup so I can pay my rent even if its after hours. Only cons would be that some of my neighbors are very loud. I hear peoples car stereos up loud EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.There is a lot of disrespectful people living here. People feel as though its ok to drive 50mph through the parking lot.

not all tenants are treated equally in maintenance matters, some are taken care of while others arent(I that a preferred tenant list exist here)
