DOG PARK! Pets permitted with restrictions. Only dogs, cats, and birds are allowed. We accept all dogs with the exception of Dobermans, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, Rottweilers and all pit bull breeds. Cats must be spayed/neutered and de-clawed. Residents pay a onetime, non-refundable fee of $400 for the first pet and additional fee of $200 for the second pet. Monthly Pet Rent, $10 for first pet, $15 for two pets. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

    I was extremely pleased with my tour and really hopefully looking forward to becoming a tenant here. All I've heard about these apartments are good reviews I recently spoke with a former tenant and he said he just bought a home but really miss Ole London

    I have a 750 credit score. I was just turned down for 151$ collection for hospital bill. This place seriously needs to reevaluate how they handle potential renters. Also, they keep the 100$ for stupid reasons which is probably just an excuse to not wanting me to move in. Enjoy the 100$ . Lunch on me!

    At the current time, Maintenance has not addressed my issue and it has been weeks! They are currently short-staffed to my knowledge. Mind you, my issue is not urgent, but I don't know how long it will be before my maintenance issue will be addressed. I am not happy at the current time because all before the past month, I was pleased with the response of Maintenance to any issue that came up. However, now I am displeased. Apparently, they need more staff.

    The maintenance and overall upkeep of the apartments are not the best.

    Maintenance is very slow at responding to service request. In one month my husband and I put in several request for numerous things that happen to have gone wrong in our unit and none of them were every addressed. The office staff seems to not mention or complete request when a call is made. Also, the office manager is always on the phone or just stepped out when a person requests to speak with them. The service level for residents is less the attractive.
