    I was extremely pleased with my tour and really hopefully looking forward to becoming a tenant here. All I've heard about these apartments are good reviews I recently spoke with a former tenant and he said he just bought a home but really miss Ole London

    I have a 750 credit score. I was just turned down for 151$ collection for hospital bill. This place seriously needs to reevaluate how they handle potential renters. Also, they keep the 100$ for stupid reasons which is probably just an excuse to not wanting me to move in. Enjoy the 100$ . Lunch on me!

    i stay at ole London now, Im in the remodeled unit paying 1095 with everything included the ones thats 976 are upstairs and not remodeled. But beware I been here for 6 months now, 4 cons I cant get pass. For one the hot water dont last long at all like maybe 10 mins at best. 2, if you have neighbors you can hear them as clear as day! Like I have neighbors on both sides of me including upstairs and I can hear them when they talking, I can hear their whole conversation as if the are talking to me. 3, I have a two bed two bath, second bath in my room, when the neighbors take a junk I can smell it thru my apartment! It be lit and strong, lease over in 2 months and I plan on moving ASAP! I also just got a lease agreement offer and they going up on the rent, different prices but it wont be 1095. So beware! I love how my apartment looks it looks really nice. The maintenance Is pretty good here. Oh yea and I had a spider infestation when I moved in saw like 60 spiders at the top of my ceiling. Must have gotten bite like 10 times soo far had to go to the doctor to get this special type of cream, I dont see the spiders like talking about anymore, maybe one here or there. But I keep getting bit. So beware and dont move here you will regret it! So I give these apartment a strong 1 star because the remodeled is pretty nice

    This is an awesome, safe and comfortable place to live. We are one exit away from Denham Springs amenities, but also Oneal Lane has everything you need. Residence stay to themselves, but are also friendly and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful at night. This is a working-class community. The pools are clean and my kids love living here. Management tries to address all issue promptly. Parking is great and lastly, all utilities included. Great place to downsize and save money.

    At the current time, Maintenance has not addressed my issue and it has been weeks! They are currently short-staffed to my knowledge. Mind you, my issue is not urgent, but I don't know how long it will be before my maintenance issue will be addressed. I am not happy at the current time because all before the past month, I was pleased with the response of Maintenance to any issue that came up. However, now I am displeased. Apparently, they need more staff.
