The staff was absolutely amazing and very thorough with my walk through tour that I took back in July 2023. They took me around the complex, in a unit, and even showed me multiple pictures of different layouts and amenities that gave me a better picture of the complex. One thing that I love about the maintenance team at Tapestry is that they are quick to come and help after calling or filling out a form. I’ve had few minor issues that i’ve needed to have fixed and they’ve come quickly and fixed it for me with no hassle.

I have lived at Tapestry Long Farm for about 5 yrs. I have always felt safe living here and the staff is exceptional. Maintenance also gets a shout out as they are quick and efficient . Can’t wait for summer for our newly renovated pool.

I moved here for law school in 2022! Tapestry Long Farm has become my home away from home! My transition to Louisiana and law school would not have been the same without them! From the office staff to the facilities crew, they have all made me feel right at home!

I just moved in to Tapestry Long Farm a few weeks ago and I really like these apartments. They are very affordable as well as well maintained. The apartment I am in is very spacious. I had a couple maintenance requests at move in and they were completed so quickly and efficiently. I have never stayed in an apartment complex that has completed maintenance requests this timely; so it has been really nice here. I also enjoy the valet trash as well as the convenience of living right by a grocery store and restaurants. I also like how they have a drink machine by the front office that is well stocked with soda and a very cute dog park.

This is NOT the first time this has happened. I’ve seen several cars just like this since I moved in two and a half years ago and nothing is done, no one is found. If you like being able to walk out to your car and leave in it, then this is not the place. We pay way too much to have to worry about this. This guys WEDDING is tomorrow, and I’m sure all he will get is the same chain message warning everyone to “lock their doors”.

I’ll start by saying, I can’t wait for this lease to end in a couple of months! My notice has been rendered. Since the office doesn’t seem to find it as a hazard or immediate concern to notify residents except for dogs and other irrelevant things, I’ll post here. Please DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GARAGES THAT YOU DO NOT OWN! I was blocked in by a black SUV in building 11 during the storm and could not remove my car! I had an emergency and taking the time to call a courtesy officer, police, Take Pictures of a Tag and email the office(the suggested solution by the office and rude leasing agent) or knock on doors is not something Anyone should have to do! It’s common sense that someone could be parked inside and you’d create a situation where the car inside can’t exit! It’s supposed to rain again tonight at flooding levels, since they won’t be sending an email until Friday! Please avoid doing this by all means, even when it’s not raining because it’s not the first time. It’s just the first time that I’ve been in an emergency and had no options since the city had flooded along with this property! Poor management and response tactics. Only excuses and stories about their personal experiences. It only takes a few minutes to send a generic email to ALL residents. You DO NOT NEED A TAG NUMBER for that specific person, especially when others violate this policy it regularly. They have yet to email notifying anyone. Instead they are being childish and emailing about everything else that’s irrelevant. If you want somewhere with up to date amenities and cheaper flooring and thin walls then this is a great place. The vacancies are high and I’m sure that’s because of you need them to actually “Manage the issues at the property” then please go somewhere else. I pay rent in full on time and Never needed assistance with anything. The previous property manager fell victim to Alexis “green”/lack of professionalism and experience. The white people apparently stick together as she’s no longer here and the incompetent leasing agent is. The regional manager is here on sight and no one bothered to respond to my email, I was brushed off and given excuses by Alexis, and when I met with the RM, although nicer and professional, nothing was done. I’m posting from a different account as these comments don’t show up except for as a visitor, if you’ve already left a review. Please BEWARE! Take Your Money Elsewhere.
