My A/C went out in the summer so it was miserable for roughly 30 minutes. I am thankful that it only lasted t Read Morehat long. The quick and professional service team did a great job, and I was sitting comfortably in my apartment shortly after.

I was looking for a nice, quiet apartment that was just close enough for a short commute to campus, but yet fa Read Morer enough to avoid the daily traffic of students. The apartments are great and high quality, with beautiful floor plans and a safe, friendly environment for older students and young professionals alike!

I loved this apartment when I initially moved in. It was well run, very clean and well maintained. Complaints Read Morewere promptly addressed and I had few really. Lately, it appears that the priority is to lease out as many units as possible regardless of the consequences. The complex ( hallways especially ) are not kept as clean as they used to . And more specifically for me, management rented out unit above me to a family of 3 children who have made me miserable for the past 1 month. Running. pounding, stomping etc morning, afternoon and night. I requested a move at my own cost to a 3rd floor unit but management insists on a new 1 year lease at a higher cost. What a way to treat a tenant! I am basically being asked to endure unbearable noise until my lease expires in 4 months. I never would have imagined that I would be dealing with something like this when I confidently signed a lease for more than 12 months out of trust. I dread going home these days. This shouldn't be considering the high rent that I pay.
