This place is nice on the outside but they wont do anything to help you. Especially if you are college age. They try to keep up with maintenance but they really cant. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Strictly because of the office staff.

maintenance does their very best to keep up with an aged property. requests are handled promptly but may have to be repeated until a problem is finally resolved. property manager has never told me hello when I walked in the office nor even as I have seen him around the property walking his dog...totally aloof. definitely need more parking for handicap residents. Officestaff tries very hard and is successful at being as accommodating as they possibl cany ca the cookies and coffee or a great Parkn

Would have been an excellent rating, but the kitchen is very small with minimal cabinet space, and the appliances are outdated and need frequent repair. Who actually has METAL COIL stoves anymore? The refrigerator still freezes things in certain places, and doesn't keep them very cool in others. The dishwasher is okay, but definitely not what I'd call good . So, everything's great, except for very poor appliances.

I love living here. It is by far the most efficiently run apartment complex I've lived at. Maintenance always takes care of issues within a day. The office staff is very friendly and quick to respond. They are always running contests to win free rent money. I also love that my electricity is included in the monthly rent. Being from Baton Rouge, this is definitely the best deal you will find in this part of town. The location is awesome!

My husband and I love it over here. We don't have to call the office often, but when we do they address the situation ASAP. They give notices far in advance for things happening, even unexpected things. They're alays trying to find a way to get monies off your rent with contests, etc. I really like that although I haven't been lucky yet.
