2022-2023: My son an LSU student found Tiger Pointe Apartments and it was an Excellent choice for his first apartment! *Management and Staff: Amber Cantrell the Property Manager made the application process, move-in and his time residing there a smooth and enjoyable experience with her calm professionalism, responsiveness and excellent communication skills. This is rare in property managers these days. Jonathan on the team was also very professional, responsive and skilled in solving any maintenance request that we had come up. *Location: Loved being right by LSU campus, football stadium, baseball stadium and good restaurants (Walk-On's!) *Apartment: He had a ground floor unit recently renovated. They did a beautiful job with vinyl plankwood floors, a bright, good-sized kitchen with nice clean stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, modern ceiling fans and light fixtures, warm neutral wallpaint. The unit layout was nice too and felt roomy. Also enjoyed plentiful parking. Highly recommend anyone needing an apartment in Baton Rouge to definitely check out Tiger Pointe!
