This is our second time, we plan to stay as long as the good Lord allows, Management is great, maintenance people are fast, clean and caring.

The best place to live in Shreveport/Bossier. Nice, gated community that is kept clean and well-maintained. Michele is awesome!!

This place is great! I've lived here for seven years, and have never had a negative complaint about it. The staff is friendly, and efficient, the maintenance crew is great at getting things done quickly and professionally. It's an apartment that feels like a home, without a yard to cut.

Had a major water leak from a faulty toilet. Was not able to live in my unit for four days to the standard that e apartment complex sets for its self and its tenets. All the while the complex to repair the damages was to blow dry, dehumidifiers, and replace a small section of the padding under the carpet in the master bedroom. Theres swollen base boards and the cabinets in the kitchen are now coming off. For $1400 a month for a one bedroom apartment and as high of a standard the complex sets for itself, this is absolutely unacceptable. On top of this Ive reached out for assistance on my utilities for the 6 fans and 2 dehumidifiers that were on 24 hours a day for the four days as well as the AC system. Was told I unplugged the equipment twice during the process which delayed things, and all I did was gather clothing and dog food. Why would I touch the equipment??? The complex and management office have denied both requests on technicalities stating that my unit was livable to their standards. When I asked the areal manager Kim if shed live in her home with her living room furniture in the kitchen, missing carpet, water damage, and all the equipment. All she had to say was that well it was your choice to not stay there. Complete lack of understanding in a hard situation. So here I am now left with a high electric bill and sour taste in my mouth. In all my years of living in apartments, Ive never seen such treatment by the office staff who claim to be there for the tenet. Michele is the most unprofessional and rude manager Ive ever dealt with. I could go on and on about other issues Ive had with her in the past. I would not recommend this complex to anyone that would like to feel comfortable where they live.
