The only big issue I have is the not having the capability to pay for my rent online. Since the apartments are close to base, you have a lot of military customers. There are times when we are not available to pay in person due to temporary duties assignments outside of the local area. This added feature will benefit everyone.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff Year round pool and jacuzzi Beautiful and convenient Pool area/BBQ/Outdoor TV Cons: Over priced for space and pets Been waiting for my refrigerator to be fixed since I moved in Air Conditioning does not seem to keep up with summers heat Windows do not open Small water heater Loud train
