    We have loved living here for the past year! We have 2 sons, and enjoy the amenities it has to offer! Because of being an air force family PCSing here they provided pictures, a video of the property and unit, as well as our lease all online! The staff has always been accommodating and polite, especially our new management team! Any work order put in was taken care of in a timely manner and no reoccurring problems! Yes, the gates are open during the day, but I was advised that's to allow potential residents to tour the community, and current residents to enter the property easily during business hours. They do close the gates at the end of the day, so they are closed all night.

    Every time we had a work order, the work was done in a timely manner. BUT the caveat of the work being done quickly is that the work isnt done well. By the time we moved out, there was mold in the dry wall that Lexington Place management would not fix. Instead, they put Spackle over it and did not fix the water leak in the pipe so the wall was wet underneath. This was my main reason for moving out. Instead of putting the real reason for moving out, mold, they put got pet

    I could not be more pleased with the tour and application process at Lexington Place. Davida made everything so simple, by reaching out to me via text. She kept me up to date on everything that was needed, on every step of the process. The tour went seamlessly, and I am now a new resident of Lexington Place! I highly recommend. Can't wait to start living here.
