    Renter beware! They will happily take a security deposit and irrespective of whether you leave the apartment in a better state then you took it they will NOT return your deposit to you as they indicate at the time of signing. The process is dealt with total disregard to integrity. They will tell you that you get your deposit in 30 days.....its now approaching 50 days and even after calling they can only give you vague answers and excuses. If you pay your rent late its a different story, but it seems that paying your deposit late or not paying is quite acceptable. A poor way to run a business and very contrary to their advertising narrative.

    Beautiful Place I hope to call home very soon! Toured with my co-worker and we were both so impressed. Gorgeous apartments and the pool is amazing! Friendly staff that seemed genuinely excited to help us through the the entire process of finding our new apartment :)

    Artesia is amazing. The finishes are beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and well designed. The apartments are also in a very good area regarding restaurants, things to do, and safety. But, I think what really makes these apartments stand out are the staff. Ive had a good experience with all of them, and they are very attentive and know their residents by name (something that I noticed when I first went to look at the apartments).

    Hello, I just wanted to update my review since I actually moved into my new home at Artesia. My move in date was beginning June, so I have had the opportunity to see this place for what it really is. I absolutely love it! I respect the fact that the staff has been great since my tour and still today, they are outstanding. I have not had any issues with anything inside of my apartment, nor have i noticed any unusual hanging out or disturbing situations. Parking is spacious, I never have to worry about parking which was my main concern. relative to the little things, movies are always available, good ones too and the gym is always fresh and clean. If you are seeking a bad review from this place, I am sorry, you probably wont receive it. I love going home to Artesia!!!

    My family & I visited this property to see what they had to offer and we were greeted by the most unpleasant leasing agent I've ever encountered in my history of renting. She asked (in a condescending way)how could she help us. When we told her we were looking for a two bedroom she said we only have a one bedroom to tour. Then she went on to tell us we'd have to wait 30 minutes & we could go somewhere else and come back because she had to lock up the building (in the meantime Fedex delivery pulls up and she has all the doors locked). Completely a waste of time after driving forever to get there. The apartments appear decent and prices are pretty cheap, but not worth dealing with rude people!
