The office is hard to reach, dont resolve any complaints or concerns. The parking lots are dirty. The roofs still need to be repaired from Hurricane Ida. Alarm systems are constantly malfunctioning and going off in different apartment buildings with a constant alarm all day and all night sounding.

Dont plan on sleeping if you have upstairs neighbors. When my neighbors stomp through their apartment, the ceiling in my apartment shakes so bad. Management doesnt care.

1/5 stars based on undefined reviewsApril 19, 2024All I can say is when you go to rent from these people make sure you take pics of everything wrong even though they give you a piece of paper to mark everything you see just take pics..I was here for a year and the lastfew months was hell due to new neighbors that just moved in they lied and did horrible.. but now I'm going to rent somewhere else I find out I have a balance didn't know about over touch up paint, carpet cleaning, blinds being dusty, a globe missing that was never there stupid little things cost me over $500..ridiculous!!!! So my advice to anyone trying to rent here take pics of EVERYTHING before you even move in bc they will scre you over!

Lived here for two years. No issues apart from getting maintenance to properly fix leaking windows. However, when we moved, I put the majority of our electronics in totes until we got internet at our new house. They were stored in airtight containers and wrapped, as I didn’t want anything getting into them. When we moved them into the house, a hoard of German roaches were falling out dead. Which explains why I have been seeing them in our new house. You will be bringing friends from the apartments where ever you move. I have paid over 1500 dollars in pest control since moving from here. I have emails showing Heather that I had spotted them in the apartments randomly, pest control came monthly but when I asked the guy what they used he didn’t even know. I suggest if you sign a lease here, to have in-contract that they will spray each apartment for German roaches specifically, because not all pesticides kill them. Each and every one of those units need to be treated.

We drove from out of town to see these apartments and Izzy was so polite along with some of the residents I loved the open floor concept I haven't been approved yet but if not I still would recommend checking it out nice vibe
