The parking on the South side of the complex is atrocious, & on top of the very limited areas, when small thunder shower occurs 6-7 parking areas are lost due to lingering ankle high water. It also collects at the dumpster people cant get to it & are throwing garbage spilling all around it. All that's needed is to clear the drains & ditch. Also at times (by design) people are leaving clothes out to dry on railing, instead of using the dryers, that & the water makes the appearance look 3rd world.

Office staff very friendly but extremely busy every time I see them. Maybe a 3rd helper in the office. Landscaping is a little dull right now but it is the Winter season. The grass is kept up though. The tress need to be cut back. Overall quality is great. It is an older complex but it feels like home. I really enjoy the recent resident activities that the office has put on. Overall maintenance is good. The attitude of one maintenance member could be better. I would recommend this place to all.

The electric is inconsistent. Hard to contact the office personnel because they never answer the phone

Rent keeps going up. Staff is rude & takes forever to get the job done. It's not worth the money.

The grounds are poorly landscaped. Residents often do not pick of after their dogs so their is dog feces scattered about the property. The concrete walkways are showing signs of aging as the concrete is cracking and in some places lopsided. When it rains there is often more water retained on the concrete walk way as opposed to the lawn as a result you have to walk in the dog feces covered grass. They do not maintain the pool behind the office. It is often filled with leaves on bottom of pool.
