    Maintenance and office staff were generally easy to work with. The grounds are a little run down as are the appliances within the apartments. Apartments could use updating and the grounds could be kept up better.

    There are some serious pot holes in the parking lot near the entrances/exits.

    I absolutely loved my apartment and the residents around me. The management staff and everyone who work for this property are awesome. GREAT part of town to live in if you don't mind a little traffic. Close to movies, shopping, and restaurant.

    The location is perfect... close to shopping, restaurants and anything else you could want or need. The price per square footage is a bargain and the staff is always very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. I have been a resident here for 3 years and I absolutely love it.
