Sells you a dream for you to move in there,the office shows a good face for you to move in then it's a problem,they have bad office staff can't keep no one there,then tries to be slick about everything they do. You have to pay water,trash,pest control and renters insurance which covers their building not your stuff. Have bad drainage with the water and maintenance crew that don't know what they are doing so stay far away from them,my friend wish she never signed up. Wish they had 0 stars because that is what i would give.
