If you have children, this is the place to live. They have a playground, pool, basketball court and plenty of grassy areas for kids to play. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a workout center and a business center. There is a community room and theater room for you to rent out for all your events. Very quiet neighborhood and just down the street from the new business development with Costco and also River Ranch.

Living at Lafayette Gardens Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The people are kind, the workers are great, and the amenities cannot be beat. Overall, I love living here, and do not plan on leaving any time soon
