      Chateau Napoleon wants 3x my monthly income. I'm a 61 year old single disabled woman on disability income and I can afford to pay my rent and utilities. I'm disgusted with them. Hud is closed and not accepting applications. I'm having a difficult time getting a place of my own.

      I have been living at chateau napoleon for more than 14 yrs. The area is great is close to main stores around veterans bldv. Easy access to I-10. A very safe area and the apt complex is clean and well kept. The rental office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend chateau napoleon apts.

      I have been a resident of Chateau Napoleon for 2 years and am very comfortable and feel safe within the community. I find that the staff are very professional and accommodating to the residents needs. Any requests, concerns and/or recommendations that I have brought to their attention has been handled in a timely and efficient manner. I noticed managements desire to ensure the property remains safe, family friendly and market competitive by upgrading units, providing courtesy security, conducting routine maintenance on the property's overall appearance and providing a recreational/fitness area. Thank you Chateau Napoleon, a place I identify as my home.

      Staff always polite and answers any questions. Good response on service calls. Only suggestion would be having one assigned parking per apt.
