This is a great place to live, the staff is amazing, neighborhood is safe and with a great school of area. They keep everything nice and clean and apartments are in great condition, I feel like I'm in vacation all time with thev5 pools and the gym

Been here for a year. Will get every penny they can out of you when you vacate. Parking situation is horrendous. Pest control will walk into your apartment quarterly without knocking so don't leave your significant other home alone. It's an glorified old folks home and 24/7 security is a sham. Constant struggles to keep the gate manned.

We stayed at gatehouse apartments for two years and recently moved out due to relocation out of state. This is one of the best apartments we have lived at. The management of the property is great and our leasing consultant Mindy is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is always prompt and will fix the issue in your apartment within a couple days. Most of the apartments have been renovated recently and the apartment we stayed at was brand new and awesome. Amount of security deposit we paid was reasonable and we did get full refund after moving out. Highly recommended if you are moving to the neighborhood and looking for an apartment!
