I would not recommend living here. I lived there for two years. The first year we had a hurricane level 1. One of those antenna fell on my car to which they did not want to help with. It was on the outside of their building and they told me it was the renters insurance problem or my car insurance. Yea strike one. Hurricane Ida I got water in my apartment to which the response was well the doors were not made to with stand hurricane but you didn't have much water. If you value your things don't live here because they only value their curb appeal not what truly matters. But they will fake it to you until the end. They The workers take up half of the parking lot so the residents have no where to park.

This is by far the best apt ever. The managers makes you feel welcomed with open arms and anything needs fixing they get right on the job i love it hear especially the little get togethers they have for all of the tenants meet and greet P.s keep up the good work praying for u guys to keep blessing us with open arms

The only issues I had while living at La Maison were that maintenance would try and do quick fixes. Which cause the problem to still be there at a later date. So the same things had to be fixed again and again until they finally just replaced them. My other issue was that we were told we had 2 assigned parking spots. Then when we moved in that was not true and we had to fight to find a parking spot if we got home after 7pm. Which was hard to park down the street with a baby and 3 bags every day

Best part was the maintenance. If we ever had an issue, they were on top of it right away. Very friendly, never had any problems in the two years we lived there.
