I would look elsewhere. The application process seems simple, but once submitted you have to wait for them to verify your rental history from 6 plus years ago (even if youve rented elsewhere since). If they are unable to reach that property you will be denied automatically without any information as to why. The nicest part was the tour but shortly after that my application was submitted and communication was one sided on my part (constantly calling for updates), I tried to assist with the verification but that went nowhere. Again Id consider another option unless you have the time and dont really care about a professional line of communication.

This place is a circus and here is why; a month ago they moved someone with a large dog upstairs of my unit. I talk to the prob manager and she said that they will talk to the new tenant and try keep the dog in the kennel at nights. And if that doesn't happen they would move me to another unit. As I was waiting to hear back they changed property managers and the new one "Brian" told me that I am on my own and there is nothing that he can do about it. When I told him about the other manager promised to move me if tenant upstairs won't be quite at nights and his response was "whoever told you all this, no longer in charge here and I am not responsible for her words". My advise is read the lease very carefully before you sign anything because he also said "there is nothing on the lease talk about noise from the neighbors" Ones you sign the lease your stuck with it for a year and early termination is 4 mo of rent. If you ever make a mistake of signing a lease here get a written record of every discussion with them since they change a prob manger every 2 weeks.

The dogs leave dog mess everywhere. They never fixed my window from when u first moved in. The neighbors above me make too much noise.
