    I have been attempting to secure my refund since October 2021. The 1st excuse was a change of management. I agree, that was greatly needed but the new management team seems to be following right in their footsteps. Ive also left them several messages and emails. Its not April 2022 and I still havent received my money.

    they don't allow gigablast internet. Cox can't install it to their clients because the complex won't allow it. In today's age, where we are required to work from home and social distance, Lumina is failing their clients and society as a whole. Don't plan to live there. Move on to other nice properties in the area.

    Lumina has amazing amenities and is in a great location! I have lived in a lot of apartments, but Lumina is by far the best I have ever encountered.
