      I've been living here for the past 7 or so months and I would not recommend it to others. First of all, the apartments are way overpriced for the quality and size you're getting. My dishwasher has ruined a bunch of my kitchen items, the hallways are dirty and smell, and the hot tub is non-functional a lot of times. Also, the package room is only open from 8am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, which is nearly impossible for someone who works (like me) to access. Moreover, the management office is unorganized and I get different answers from different people at different times and I sometimes have to follow up 4-5 times before I can get anything done (for example, when I needed a new mail key, I had to keep following up in person for weeks before anything was done). Now, I'm trying to shorten my long-term lease by a few months, but the management office says it can't be done (even though in emails before I signed my lease, someone indicated it could be done and didn't tell me I would be subject to paying THREE MONTHS rent if I tried to leave early). Overall, quite dissatisfied with my experience here so far. I can't wait to get out of here.

      My experience with this apartment over the last 12 months has not been the best. Let me start by saying the front office staff are kind and welcoming. The Upper Management is not including the building manager Tonya. Ive had mice in my apartment consistently since moving in. Ive complained on several occasions to no avail. My storage unit that Ive rented on the property flooded from someone above it and management suggested I move my things to another unit. They werent even apologetic. My apartment flooded recently and same thing... no remorse. Now back to the mouse droppings. Its sick to live in conditions like this. I do NOT recommend this apartment by far. Too many issues, no resolutions.

      The Saulet is absolutely beautiful and such a welcoming community. I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in the city. I knew it was the place for me the moment I walked in.
