Management does not follow-up on any maintenance calls from tenants. I've called several times about a toilet issues and the maintenace man came once. He may be really busy but either they don't lists the calls or they just forget about them all together. I called last week about another toilet issue and it has been 9 days and I am yet to hear from anyone. Luckily, I called a friend on the second day and they told me what to do to make the water fill in the tank so I can flush the toilet. However, it is still not flushing properly as it should. I have given up calling for anything. My lease will be completed soon and I am out of here. Find a more tentive managment team for your apartment needs.

These apartments need a total upgrade...the leasing office has been upgraded...its really nice. I asked if they were doing the apartments, of course I was told no.The management will seem helpful when you move in but they are not...very FAKE. It takes a while for them to make repairs...they will constantly make excuses...it took 30 days before I received a replacement bulb for the kitchen and they had the house keeper take it from a vacant apartment only because I continously called the office. The carpet is old and worn, they know it but wouldn't change it...Amie, the manager stated that when you move out everyone is charged a fee for carpet cleaning...55.00 for 1 bedroom and 65.00 for 2 bedroom...mind you, it wasn't told to me when I moved in. The appliances are very old and worn...they will only replace it IF it's no longer working...previous renters had burned the oven and it doesn't cook properly...they wouldn't replace it. Bottom line...DON'T RENT, you get what you pay for
