I'm so glad that I chose the View Tower as our first apartment. Me and my husband got relocated here about a year ago and this is our first apartment. It is everything we need. The floorplan is very unique and modern, spacious bedroom, beautiful layout. And best of all is the fantastic view from the 12th floor. The atmosphere is always very chill and quiet, great neighbors. It's a gated community so I feel really safe here, large parking lot, great pool and cabana area. We love going for a swim in summer days, the water is so refreshing. Not to mention the all-inclusive utilities with the rent, it just makes everything so much easier and less headache. The management team and the manager actually care and attend to your needs, and make sure you'll feel like home. They are always very welcoming and sweet.

They take your $250 application fee and then tell you you cant live there. Then they move onto the next Application and make another $250. And so on and so on. Will not return your calls. Do not pay these people.

We have been living here for 4 years! We absolutely love it. The staff especially Mrs. Alex and Mr. Floyd are so attentive and sweet. When we first moved here we were located on the 11th floor. The view is phenomenal. For any holiday where fireworks are being popped we do not even have to leave the convenience of our back porch. Recently we moved down to the 7th floor, the newly renovated apartments. They are fabulous, TOP of the line. We love the security of the premises. Gated parking, secured doors! We absolutely love the option of ALL Bills paid. Makes it so much easier. We appreciate how maintenance(Mr.Floyd) and manager(Mrs.Alex) on top of things. If we have a issue arise they are there!
