    Theres no washer or dryer, the AC is constantly breaking and its almost impossible to get anyone to fix anything, they keep raising rent prices every year, the area is dangerous and you will most definitely get your apartment broken into, and it looks NOTHING like the advertised pictures! Plus the buildings are old and fall apart easily. You will get charged for every little dent and hole in the walls even though they are made up of 100 layers of paint and old drywall. There is also a couple freed pedophiles living there, so I dont recommend children to go outside at all. Also, they charge $1000 for a ONE ROOM APARTMENT

    High crime area, neighbors keep breaking into my apartment. Unsafe for children. A pedophile and a drug dealer live here

    I been trying to get in touch with someone before Thanksgiving and nobody calling me back. I went to the office 6x the week after Thanksgiving and nobody was in the office each time. Wish I could say im moving into y'all apartments but nobody wants to work I guess

Term Length

Variable, 12-Month


When you first move in your first year you will be on a 12-month lease, once the 12 months lease is over, you will be on a month to month.
No pets are allowed, unless you got an emotional support letter or paperwork stating that your pet is a service animal.
Security Deposit $400
Rent includes water, sewer and trash collection. Residents are responsible for electric.
What you need in order to apply to the property:
1. $30.00 non-refundable application fee per adult household member
2. Social security cards for all household members
3. Driver's License or picture ID for each household member 18yrs or older
4. Current proof of income (employment, 551 award letter, VA benefits,
child support printout, etc.)
Criteria of Approval:
? Applicants must have a combined verifiable income in an amount in accordance with current community guidelines no less than 2.00% times the rental rate.
? All income must be steady and verifiable.
? Written rental verification is required from either another apartment community or a Real Estate Company.
Private landlords will NOT be considered rental history.
? Evictions and foreclosures will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
? Rental history will be reviewed. Manager will evaluate past performance of financial obligations, including
references from landlords. Unpaid judgments, rent, and/or damages owed to prior landlords will result in a denial.
? Applicants must be in good standing with all Housing Authorities.
? Our investigation includes criminal background screening. It is possible your application may be denied due to criminal convictions or charges. We conduct background screening on leaseholders and occupants.
? All felony, federal and sexual crimes will result in an automatic denial.
? Management reserves the right to require criminal background checks at each recertification/ renewal.
