The new construction the complex has going on at the moment has been pure misery. The noise is awful and extremely loud, they start every morning at 7:00am. When you pay the cost of rent that we are charged and cannot sleep in your own home it is highly frustrating and disappointing. The insulation in these apartments is terrible and if you have people above you that have children that run everywhere or if your bedroom wall backs up to someone who snores at night it is miserable.

Wry good amenities and staff is always keeping the place clean. The activities held in the club house are also excellent even though rare.

Apartments are poorly insulated and walls are paper thin. Neighbors TV, loud music, etc a regular issue.

The appliances need to be updated, the blinds, carpet, fixtures, and siding,patio needs mold cleaned! I cleaned the patio upon moving in cause the mold was bad!

Excellent maintenance service, professional office assistance, business center, fitness center, safety of the complex and the high quality of the property staff. Regular parties, get togethers and contests offering money off monthly rent. Lease renewal specials and incentives. Clean well run mail room and package delivery service. Valet trash pick up. Accra to facsimile, scanner, photocopier and computer printers .prompt repair service.
