Cost of living and proximity to downtown. Easy access to interstate & direct access to downtown. Small business that are different than what you find in other parts of the city. Art spaces

Really don't like living here don't go anywhere to. Scared.cant go out without something bad happening

Its very quiet. I trust my kids are safe when they are playing in the yard. We know our neighbors. We have an awesome convenience store that has a deli and meat.

I love going on a run with my friends or a date to a restaurant with my girlfriend. My favorite restaurant is governors a bakery and I used to go to the town schools and I have very fond memories.
