      DO NOT rent from Yarmouth Green/Pointe The townhouses are damp on bottom floor; maintenance is over extended making any needs pushed out weeks; cheaply made/drafty windows; doors that arent closing securely- not fixable, allowing bugs/spiders in; mine was very outdated. I had a dishwasher (I never used-using it for storage) that filled up with water pond sludge stench/ coming on to floor and no one addressed it for 3 weeks. I had ROACHES and SPIDERS, noted after I moved ALL of my things in, reported it multiple times and this was never addressed. I even took pictures of them and had them in a baggy. I had my front storm door get jammed closed so I couldnt get out x2 all that was done is remove part of frame so then it just hung there. I emailed and called about these concerns to no avail. I explained I couldnt live like that. I moved out, after a few months I was billed over 4,000 due to ending lease early. This is NO JOKE the worst place to live and worst company to deal with. Im a Nurse I believe in good respectful responsive customer service no matter how stressed or understaffed. This company doesnt care, they just charge high ridiculous prices for poor condition properties. Please dont rent from this company.

      Do not waste your time and money renting from here. Everything is great until the moment you sign the lease. The maintenance people are so overworked due to the state of the apartments it takes weeks if not months to get a repair. The ladies in the office are outright rude, even including yelling at and arguing with tenants, with a new manager that will defend them without so much as inquiring about a situation. She is equally condescending and antagonistic. This has to be the single most unprofessional, poorly run community I have ever lived in. On the surface the apartments appear suitable at least, nothing fancy. But are a maintenance nightmare. Wonderful school district. But actually living here is something else entirely. As soon as you give that deposit and sign that lease, all bets are off. Run from this place!

      Do not rent from them. They do not respond to maintenance issues. They are way over priced! They with hold deposits for bs reasons. Find another place to live.

      Response time for structural issues has been very prompt, ie dead bolt installed on front door, 2nd floor carpet done professional after moving in. The windows need to be replaced as they have lived their useful life. The windows are very difficult to raise and are extremely drafty during the winter months so far. Because of this I do not feel that the monthly rent is priced fairly.

      General poor maintenance; exterior siding and door/window frames rotting; dock rotting; interior paint poor (windows painted shut; poor surface prep); kitchen greatly outdated (doors not closing; slides rusted); water pipes rusting from within. Staff trying to accommodate, but situation beyond them
