Do not waste your time and money renting from here. Everything is great until the moment you sign the lease. The maintenance people are so overworked due to the state of the apartments it takes weeks if not months to get a repair. The ladies in the office are outright rude, even including yelling at and arguing with tenants, with a new manager that will defend them without so much as inquiring about a situation. She is equally condescending and antagonistic. This has to be the single most unprofessional, poorly run community I have ever lived in. On the surface the apartments appear suitable at least, nothing fancy. But are a maintenance nightmare. Wonderful school district. But actually living here is something else entirely. As soon as you give that deposit and sign that lease, all bets are off. Run from this place!

Do not rent from them. They do not respond to maintenance issues. They are way over priced! They with hold deposits for bs reasons. Find another place to live.

Response time for structural issues has been very prompt, ie dead bolt installed on front door, 2nd floor carpet done professional after moving in. The windows need to be replaced as they have lived their useful life. The windows are very difficult to raise and are extremely drafty during the winter months so far. Because of this I do not feel that the monthly rent
is priced fairly.

General poor maintenance; exterior siding and door/window frames rotting; dock rotting; interior paint poor (windows painted shut; poor surface prep); kitchen greatly outdated (doors not closing; slides rusted); water pipes rusting from within.

The apartment is a little outdated and not maintained as well as I thought it would be. Infrastructure could be much better. However the staff has been very responsive to our needs and concerns.

Positive: No extra charge for trash services, no extra charge to water/sewer, prompt response to service requests.
Negative: Parking not ideal, no assigned spaces so first come, first serve. Few areas tend to flood but resolve quickly. Landscaping and plowing not always ideal.
