Put in an enquiry for a 1 bedroom. And was told to fill out app with $500 or them saying theres nothing when indeed we were told by different ppl there was

This place is disgusting. They do not clean their apartments between rentals. The drains were severely clogged, several outlets did not work. The dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stove were broken and after several attempts over many months, they still did not repair them. The outside of the buildings are getting new siding so the place looks nice from the outside, but it is not a functional, clean place to live. DO NOT use the laundry mat here. There is a Pratt Abbot nearby. Your clothes will come out smelling worse than they went in. It is truly filthy and like everything else at the Junipers, neglected. Look elsewhere to rent. It is not worth the money, especially with the additional fees and penalties they charge. I have received several eviction notices for not paying my rent, though I have NEVER been late. They are quick to take your money and slow to respond to work orders. It is pathetic.

Too expensive for what it delivers. Ugly and non functional. The office employees are very efficient and kind, though.
