The apartment complex is safe, clean and the office staff is very helpful. They take pride in the maintenance of the property and are always looking for ways to make your living experience here pleasurable. It's in a perfect location near grocery stores, libraries, restaurants, shopping, hospitals, etc.

I know for a fact several people who lived there that this place has not changed in years. The cost is outrageous and you can go less then half a mile down for better updated apartments for a lot cheaper. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would not recommend living here. The grounds are beautiful, minus the frogs, lizards, spiders, and snakes but the apartments are dated and falling apart. The paint and patch over things to make it look presentable. Maintenance takes more pride in the grounds than fixing the issues in the apartments themselves. Way overpriced for what you're getting. Don't waste your money, you'll be paying for scenery.

I have spent 4 years living at Woodsdale Apartments. If you are someone who doesn't need a lot of amenities this might be the place for you. HOWEVER, I unfortunately cannot recommend this community. In my 4 years living there i never made one late rent payment, bothered the maintenance, or complained to the office about noise or trouble in my building (which there was a lot of). Whenever I had to deal with the office staff it was simply a horrible experience. I gave a notice that I needed to move out because of work and because it was a day late (literally one day) they auto renewed my lease and the older woman who works at the desk told me "Well, you should have read your lease." Okay, that one is technically my fault, contract is contract. I stayed for 9 more months and finally had to move because my commute was too long. I paid a months rent, then an additional 2 months rent when i moved out. A month later i received a bill in the mail for 40 dollars and saying i would not be refunded for my security deposit because the carpet was "Stained, heavily soiled, worn and matted THROUGHOUT THE UNIT." Which is not true. I am leaving pictures in the comments, and you be the judge. Michael at the office did call me back but could not help me. They simply wanted to replace the carpet (which wasn't new to begin with) on my dime. I could go on about things that went on etc. but i will simply end this review with there are much better alternatives in the area. Please do not move here. Thank you for reading my review.

- Average overall apartment condition. - Washer/ Dryer not in Apt and one in basement are not good - Mailbox need improvement for lock - Below average carpeting
