I had to move with family due to the pandemic but I will most defiantly move back here as soon as I am able to. The office staff was always friendly even though they had some change in management I was always lucky to speak with someone who was willing to help. Johanna went out of her way to make sure my apartment was on point. I miss this place hope to be back soon.

I'd been to this property before recently under different Management. Parking could be an issue, and they charge more for the "renovations" in the apartments. I would not live there. The neighborhood is not diverse enough for me.

If I could give this place a -0 star I would. Please do not move here. This place is by far the worst! The people in the leasing office could care less about the unsafe and hazardous living conditions here. They over pile the garbage, no running hot water, neighbors steal your mail, no AC, and its roach and mice infested. Its a majority of immigrants and foreigners here so the leasing office thinks they can get away with treating residents horribly. us I complain everyday because I won't be treated like this and expect to pay my rent in full on time. The rent is cheap for a reason. I regret even giving this place a chance. Doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment, the neighbors are filthy. I've acquired an tenants right lawyer to open a case for me. You couldn't pay me a millionaire dollars to do this again.
