The over all rating is my satisfaction with the size of the master bedroom and living room. The geografic vocaci'n, almost strategic, for work, study & family. With security or controlled access it could rate an excellent! I enjoyed my time there.

Great layout for the 2 bedrooms apts. Really great location overall it was great EXCEPT for the maintenance people and the PITTY leasing office staff. Atleast back in 2008-2010 it was horrible staffing. But the apartments overall was great.

The main issue that I have with this complex is that they could keep our buildings cleaner. However, maintenance does an excellent job at responding to any problems that I have had, which have been few since my apartment is in good condition

The staff were really nice. Rodents were a serious issue. I made many calls for the exterminator! The trash pick up was terrible. Often, the trash would be all over because it was filled quickly> Management complained stating it was the home owners in the neighborhood and refused to add another dumpster; therefore, the renters suffered. Did I mention the rodent problem?
