This apartment complex is in a good neighborhood and it is close to (within walking distance) schools , churches, a market and gas station. It is now under new management and it has many nice , new upgrades! The manager is really nice and so is most of the staff. I would recommend this apartment compkex to others.

Ive been at Barclay square for about 2 going on 3 years. Leasing office DelMonica J. has been a pleasure to work with . I dont have to deal with them often so that tells you I never really have problems with the apartment . Rooms are good sizes, the community for the most part is good . Maintenance is reliable. No mice issues . Bugs during the summer you may see but pest control comes out Wednesdays and the spray all units on the building of a complaint is file which is good. I have a one bedroom standard so I have no renovations . One thing I wish they did was month to month leasing. Also I wish they had washer and dryer for the one bedroom units. This is why I proabbaly move to get those amenities I want.

The walls are paper thin. I get sick of hearing my neighbors above me flush, gargle, use their garbage disposal, and whatever else they do upstairs. Also, I'm not always pleased with the sevice from the rental office. For example, I had a package delivered there. I was told that when the package arrived, I would receive a phone call - I never got one. This isn't the first time I've been promised a phone call about something and never gotten a call back. It seems like basic customer service.

The employees of Barclay Square are very nice and are always willing to work with they residents, especially the maintenance crew. However the facility itself is under par and old! The entire building that I lived in had an extreme pest problem along with mold which is was very off putting. If they renovated the entire complex Barclay Square would be a decent place to live.
