The move in experience was not bad however, if you are moving here, make sure you are moving on the top floor. These apartments are poorly constructed and renovated. Literally I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors take. The did nothing to reduce the noise transference. They claim to have breed restrictions but those neighbors have to 2 pit bulls and I am awoken every morning between 5-6 am to the sound of their dogs running. The only time I can relax or study is when my neighbors are sleeping. Im sure you can imagine the imbalance to my sleep schedule at this point. I have not had a decent nights sleep since my neighbors moved in a week or 2 after I did. I moved in on November 4th and had to call the fire department out on Thanksgiving Day because an outlet was sparking due to poor/loose wiring. The fire department stated someone should come and check all electrical outlets. The office was notified the same day through the emergency line and also the next business day, NO ONE HAS BEEN OUT TO CHECK THE OUTLETS. If you are like me and just looking for a peaceful space to call your own, Copper and Quarry Village is not it. I cannot wait until this lease is up and Im literally a little over a month in. I am sleepy and my quality of life and work are highly affected by this living situation.

Devin the leasing manager was so helpful before, during and after our move in and continues to always be available to us when needed. The landscaping is beautiful and peaceful with wonderful views from our apartment facing woods. Everyone that I have dealt with in the office and maintenance, Tia, Rosanna, Janese, Pepe have always been friendly and accommodating and I look forward to many happy years here! I would highly recommend Bonnie Ridge to anyone!

Bonnie Ridge apartments has a great space and their maintenance is on point. There are some flaws inside the apartment, paint chipping, cracks in the walls, overall wear and tear. But it is absolutely livable and enjoyable for the most part. The outside is a little less taken care of. Trash and dog poop is a common but the layout of the ground and amenities are wonderful.
