I have to admit when I first moved in there was an awful roach problem and somehow I knew the family under me was causing the problem. The exterminator was in every three weeks and when the family moved the roaches stopped completely. Next, I have also noticed the waterbug problem. I have a neighbor who has a problem with mice but I do not and hope never to see one. I do not like mice and I would prefer not to have a cat. They scratch and destroy your furniture. Also, the blinds at the windows seem very, very flimsy and within a few months there was cracking and splitting. When you open up your windows there is a bad silverfish problem and I have learned to keep bug spray as they crawl up the wall and you can see them in the corners. Some of them are at least an inch long. Also, there is terrible parking problem as some of our neighbors have one, two and three cars. When you park your car on Bexhill you run the risk of having your car hit and the driver to keep on going. It happened to a neighbor just the other day. I would love a fitness center on the premises as we certainly pay enough rent to support one. In addition, neighbors get out of their car and scratch your car and think nothing of it. Also the front door to the building does not lock which is not a good thing and it should and give folk like the mailman a key. We have people annoying and soliciting every day although there is a sign that says not too.

We I absolutely love my living space but it's hard to have peace within it when you hear your neighbors every move. I have to apartment homes over me because of my layout and the noise is nerve wrecking! The staff is very nice and accommodating. Maintenance can be sloftful but; if you develop relationships things seem to get done more efficiently. I really love my places decorum and that's the reason I decided to give it one more year.

The size the apt is great! The staff is pretty friendly. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. The maintainence is very slow to respond to needs of the apt.

Overall the apartment has a nice floorplan and space, but the privacy comes into play with how thin the structure is. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in other peoples homes. The complex I resided in had a major water bug issue! When coming home they would be everywhere, it was disgusting!
