    I scheduled a viewing for a Saturday, then received a phone call stating the rep.scheduled for the wrong Saturday, mind you I rearranged somethings to make it on that Saturday, yet it was an inconvenience to me, I have no control over what others do, it just make me feel thats a Red Flag, its the wrong way to start off with a potential resident.

    I have not had a problem withe Loch Raven Village Apartment .The staff is friendly and helpful, I have lived here for the past 5 years this coming June will be 6 years.

    Wonderful !! Enjoying the spacious livingroom,bedroom,and most of all the KITCHEN !!!!!! Beautiful floors,cabinets, updated appliances, large space for table for two ! Excellent professional staff to assist with any concerns, questions that I might have ! They make you feel welcome like family !!!!

    Poor maintenance, poor office staff, lots of trash and shopping carts around outside, maintenance has come into my apartment unannounced and left trash and also left my door open!!
