Appliances need to be updated. Maintenance painted the stove so you cant clean them. Walls super thin so you can hear all your neighbors if theyre loud.

I've heard back from these apartments regarding availability of a 1 bedroom , pricing and requirements for rental.

Do NOT recommend. Website is not updated at all! It says there is a $35 application fee for pets and an extra $25 a month but when I went in to get the application, they said there wasnt one and that I would have to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit! You cannot even open your dishwasher all of the way because kitchen is so small that the oven sticks out too far. Our dishwasher doesnt even work so I guess it doesnt even matter that we cant open it. We had water damage to our ceiling and all maintenance did was spray paint over it. What if it molds?? What if the damage is bad and something happens to our ceiling? Also, one of our windows doesnt have a screen in it so we cant open it. The heat does not work on the first floor of our townhome. Its always cold, no matter the temperature of the heat. However, when we turn it on, the upstairs becomes unbearably hot. They also only gave us one set of keys for me and my roommate so we had to make copies of them ourselves. The walls are very very thin and you can hear everything that goes on outside or even in the next room. Our fridge didnt come with an ice box so when we opened our freezer for the first time, Ive came falling out. We didnt have any bars to hold condiments and etc in our fridge either when we first moved in. The plunger they left is with is ripped and doesnt even work. Our toilets dont flush down Kleenex, which wouldnt be a big deal except that it only flushed one piece of toilet paper at a time. It always gets backed up as well. Also, the address they gave us for our place only works half the time. Some of my packages or food delivery drivers cant find me bc the address is weird and takes them to a house across the street. My neighbors are nice and the stairs are very wide. Those are about the only two good things I have to say about this place.
