We sincerely value your feedback. We assure you at that at Melvin Park, it is a rare occasion that one of our valued residents would be left without heat, hot water or air conditioning. Our community offers 24 hours emergency maintenance services to our residents. If we are unable to completely fix equipment after hours, temporary portable heating/cooling systems are provided in lieu of central heating/air. On some occasion when contractor work is scheduled, if residents do not properly prepare or leave pets unattended, work cannot be performed. This is an example of one those rare occasion that resident may be left without central heating/air. Management depends on our resident's cooperation when it comes to preparing contractor services like, replacement of HVAC system and pest control services. We'd be happy to discuss any maintenance issues that you are dealing with in your apartment. We look forward to hearing from you.
Most apartments were very over occupied, roaches repeatedly came up from the apartment downstairs. It took a Read Morevery long time to get this taken care of. Same goes with heating, air conditioning problems. Some of the office staff were very nice and others were very unfriendly and not helpful. Price paid for the apartment when it was in bad condition on both the inside and outside was way too much (expensive).

The employees in the rental office were always very unpleasant. They never put in orders to have maintenance c Read Moreome fix anything in the apartment. $905 is not exactly cheap for the amount of space in which you get and when you have constant insect problems that the rental office seemed not to care about. If you do not have to stay far away from this complex.
